2018 AQHA Gelding
15.1 HH
CHIP OF VISTA, better known as Pancake is a jack of all trades, and about as fun, safe, and versatile as they come. Pancake has been rode everywhere from the deserts of Arizona, to the beaches of Washington, to the frigid prairies of Alberta. He’s been rode by every range of skill level, and it doesn’t matter if he has had one day off or one year off, he’s always the same horse. Take him pasture roping, jumping, ranch rodeoing, trail riding, carrying flags at a rodeo, barrel racing, branding, halter breaking, team roping… his resume is lengthy and packed full of variety.
He’s been rode from bridle-less to packing a bridle bit and everything in between. With all the buttons, he has very correct movement and is easy to ride and user friendly- he’s the one I pull out of the pasture after months off and bring to a rodeo for teammates to borrow, with that being their first time ever riding him, going straight into a competition and looking like they’ve been a team for years.
I could go on and on about this horse. Pancake would be a great fit for any home and has the willingness and ability to do it all.

My name is Amanda. I grew up in Alberta’s capital city, but it didn’t take me long to realize I wasn’t meant to be there. I pursued my dream of cowgirling hard as an adult and now I am blessed to train full time in my own facility located in Central Alberta. I train for the public as well as bringing along my own prospects, and I specialize in colt starting, rope horses, ranch horses, and broke all around horses with an unshakable foundation that are able and willing to do any job you point them at.
