2014 AQHA Gelding

14.1 HH

Genuine, honest, sincere. Here's a true caretaker and absolute gentleman!

I'll admit, I really don't know where to start with these footnotes, there are countless strengths to share about Zero!

I'll start with this: Some horses come into your life and have this way of taking over your heart. Zero's quiet way of guarding over my daughter, Teagan, has set him apart from the rest. Whether that be riding the trails of the Big Horn Mountains, sending her off over the hills to gather a stray in a 10,000 acre pasture, showing in an overcrowded arena or tooling around the yard, he has yet to make a wrong move. As a former turn back horse, he was used to pressure and learned how to keep himself composed.

No matter the scenario we put him in, he never seems to change. Teagan has shown him in Ranch Riding, Ranch Trail and Ranch Pleasure and I think she has yet to pick up her hand on the reins. She claims he reads her mind and all she has to do is think it and throw her hand down to send him through the pattern or down the rail.

In fact, this past summer, in the Ranch Pleasure she took home the Overall Grand Champion, edging out nearly 80 horses. She trusts him with her whole heart to take care of her and knowing that is an irreplaceable feeling for me.

You can cross rushing water, go up and down steep ditches, climb the mountain side or go through the timber, it won't matter, Zero will adjust before you bat an eye. Sidepass over to open and close the gates, turn that crazy cow or stroll down the trail, he makes it all easy.

If you could measure one by the size of their heart and try, he would be off the scale. Zero soaks in all the attention you give him without ever assuming any of it, his polite nature never ceases to amaze me.

When it was time to introduce the 40" ball, Teagan took it upon herself to reach down and start dribbling it without me noticing(embarrassing to admit, I know) Regardless, she knew he could be trusted - I just needed to stay out of the way.

When you are ready to pamper him, he'll stand all day for braiding, clipping, bathing and the farrier. He has been kept up to date on all care.

Zero deserves to have the best home and someone who appreciates an honest horse. He will give you his all every time you ride him.

From the Diary of Teagan:
He's palomino-that's my favorite
He loves family vacations
He can read your mind
He's not just sweet, he is the sweetest
Don't forget - he's palomino  đŸ˜‰
