Do Your Homework

Please go try these horses ahead of time! Go meet the consignors, go on a trail ride on the trail horses, turn some steers on the rope horses and take the reiners for a spin, get a vet check; do whatever you need to do to feel confident in your prospective purchase. Registering to Bid

To Bid Remotely: Register to bid online by creating an account with Ag-Live and following the steps to get a bidder number for this sale. On sale day you can watch live and bid from the same screen. Remote bidder registration closes Thursday, prior to the sale.

To Bid In-Person: You can register online to save time the day of the sale, or register when you get to the Flying E.

Seating

Seating at the sale and previews, intended for buyers only, is open and fills on a "first come-first served" basis.

Experience Cowgirl Cadillacs up close and personal with reserved seating on the ring floor! Your ticket includes private seating on the floor of the sale ring and VIP parking so you don't miss a moment of the action. Limited seating.

All reserve seat profits benefit the BHBA Freedom Foundation that works to free and support victims of sex trafficking around the world. Learn more about their mission.

Trailer parking is available at Flying E.

Dogs

Out of respect for our host venue and consignors, please leave your pawed friends at home.

Food and Beverage

Food and beverages (including cash bar) are available Friday and Saturday. NO COOLERS allowed on property.

Test Rides

Test rides are available as soon as horses are consigned. Contact consignors directly to set up a test ride that fits your individual needs. A limited number of test ride appointments are available at Flying E, starting Wednesday, February, 18, 2026.

Rookie Bidder Training Session

Do you find auctions intimidating? Can't keep up with the auctioneer? Does the idea of bidding on a horse give you anxiety? Step right up to the Rookie Bidder Training Session! Join other newbies at the sale ring at 1:00pm on 2/21 (right before the sale) for a mock auction, discussion with auction team, auctioneer and ringmen. Ask all your questions in a fun and safe atmosphere.

Insurance

Insurance is highly recommended for your new horse. Mike Fester of Specialty Risk Insurance will be onsite to get your policy in place. Insurance is required for horses staying onsite more than 6 hours after the sale and for any horse we help arrange transportation on.

Soundness Guarantee

Each horse comes with documentation of vaccinations and a certificate of soundness from a certified veterinarian.  Specialty Risk Insurance also offers 5 days of complimentary mortality insurance. Any observed scars/imperfections will be called from the block for the benefit of remote bidders. All horses will have a current coggins test (taken within 30 days of the sale), and health certificate. Horses are guaranteed as sound for 5 days after the sale. Soundness will be defined as: Horse travels at all gaits with no visible sign of discomfort or distress, with no audible hindrance in breathing and gives indications of seeing out of both eyes. All questions of soundness will be decided by Ike Sankey.

No Buyers Premium

When you buy a horse, all you pay is the price of the horse and a health paper ($60) to get him home. No hidden fees, no buyers premium. Ever.

Care:

Horses remaining onsite after the sale will be fed and watered for the night. Consignors will leave a halter for each horse.

Insurance:

Transportation:

Rudy Helmuth transportation (352.615.5070) will be on-site.

Canadian paperwork may require additional fees and time. Horses coming from Texas and New Mexico may require additional testing and time for health papers to be written to Canada. Otherwise, Canadian paperwork should be done within 5 business days following the sale.
