GUITARS N GUNS (Uzi)
2021 AQHA Gelding
15.2 HH
“Uzi,” is a striking 2021 Grullo Gelding by GUITAR GUN (PE >$15,000 in NCHA and AQHA with multiple ROM in AQHA,) grandson of the legendary PLAYGUN (lifetime AQHA, NRCHA, and NCHA combined earnings of $184,000 with PE >$10million) and out of BARZANA ROSE, granddaughter of ZAN PARR BAR.
Uzi stands at 15.2 hands with a large muscular structure, excellent bone, and great feet. This kind and good minded gelding is handy and a beautiful mover, having already earned a check at his first show in Ranch Trail. He is ready to go win Versatility Ranch Horse classes for any rider from youth to open levels. He is very well broke and has all the buttons ready to hit the show pen: a large square stop, correct and fluid spins, a smooth and easy side pass, and lead changes. He has a large enough motor he could easily transition as a fancy barrel and breakaway horse. With his gorgeous looks and fancy moves, Uzi would also be phenomenal in Hunter Under Saddle classes.
Uzi is safe and sure-footed on trails up the mountain. He crosses water, navigates ditches and valleys with ease, and is trustworthy around critters you may also encounter while blazing a trail. He is great around a bustling barn atmosphere and is very accustomed to wild kiddos, crazy cow dogs, and heavy machinery running around.
He has roped fiesty steers and safely drug calves to the fire in the branding pen. He rides out alone like a dream if you need to go catch a stray calf and is safe and reliable in the herd and tight spaces in the corral. He crosses bridges and works any style of gate with ease.
Uzi is a gentleman loading into the trailer and hauls to new destinations like a dream, never batting an eye at new surroundings. He handles hectic warm-up arenas like an old pro and is trustworthy enough to carry small children through the chaos. This exceptionally kind gelding is safe, sound, and one for the entire family to enjoy. He is stout and strong enough for Dad to take him hunting up the mountain, fancy enough for Mom to hit the show pen, and safe enough for the kiddos to enjoy as they do all the things.
